In the historical interpretation, the reader's attention is on the context of the text, the origin of the word, the cause of the issuance and occasion of revelation and this origin cannot be generalized. In the developmental interpretation, although the text makes meaning in relation to the context of the text; But the point of contention is the text itself, not the context of the text, and what serves as a criterion in limiting the scope of the developmental perception is "Serious intention" of the speaker. In order to explain the position of "serious intention" in interpretation, two issues are important: "voluntary usage" and "distance between reading and using". "Semantic accuracy", "speech context", "spectral meaning" and "specific language" are the factors that explain the "voluntary usage"; the "principle of contrast" and the "principle of the context of the text" clarify the issue of the "distance between reading and using". In summary, the study of all these cases provides the basis for proving the hypothesis of this article and the establishment of a principle in the field of interpretation and language of the Holy Quran entitled the principle: "The need to achieve a serious intention". آیات قرآن کریم، می‌توانند مورد «برداشت تاریخی» و «برداشت توسعه‌ای» واقع شوند. در برداشت تاریخی، توجه خوانشگر متن به زمینه متن، خاستگاه صدور کلام، سبب صدور و سبب نزول است و این خاستگاه، قابل تعمیم نیست. در برداشت توسعه‌ای، اگرچه متن در ارتباط با زمینه متن معنا پیدا می‌کند؛ اما محل نزاع، خود متن است نه زمینه متن و آنچه به‌عنوان یک معیار در تحدید گستره برداشت توسعه‌ای عمل می‌کند؛ «مراد جدی» متکلم است. برای رسیدن به تبیین جایگاه «مراد جدی» در تفسیر، دو مسأله: «ارادیبودن استعمال» و «فاصله بین خوانش و استعمال»، اهمیت پیدا می‌کنند. «دقت معنایی»، «سیاق گفتاری»، «معنای طیفی» و «زبان خاص»، عواملی هستند که «ارادی بودن استعمال» را تبیین می‌کنند؛ چنانچه «اصل تغایر» و «اصل زمینه متن»، مسأله «فاصله بین خوانش و استعمال» را روشن می‌نمایند. درمجموع بررسی همه این موارد، زمینه را برای اثبات فرضیه این مقاله و تأسیس یک اصل در حوزه تفسیر و زبان قرآن کریم با عنوان اصل: «لزوم احراز مراد جدی»، فراهم می‌کند.** https://quran.journals.pnu.ac.ir/article_6426_e6aaec1275a2588ddbc1c9e96cb9bf45.pdf
