Abstract
Human existence throughout history has a tendency towards beauty and hatred of ugliness, and the usefulness and harm of beauty is always worthy of attention as an individual and social concern; Among the words of the Qur'an, which appear as a truth in the body of Arabic words, is the word "adornment" with multiple meanings, the common denominator of all of them is beauty and decorum in various matters. "Zinat" seems to have a broader meaning than the literal meaning. The present article is trying to analyze the material "Zain" with a descriptive-analytical method based on the semantic approach and on the basis of the relation of association and substitution in order to answer the question that how the relations of association and substitution of words lead to the accurate understanding of words? The result of the research shows that "adornment", along with the mention of cohabitation and substitution relationships, is facing an increase in the range of meaning, which means that as a result of the coexistence of adornment with words such as: evil deeds, heaven, faith, heart, etc. It guides us towards two types of real and virtual beauty, and in relation to the substitution of words such as: Heliah, Jamal, Rish, Taswil, etc., it has been replaced by adornment, each of which includes examples of adornment.
